If the Senate wants to rejuvenate itself, the existing members must also be picked up and included in the new path! In order to create awareness for the change of the Senate, the members should be kept up to date on how the change is progressing. On the other hand, they are part of the change and should therefore be informed about problems that young entrepreneurs face. To reach the members, a page or two can be used in the Senate magazine to inform them about progress and possible problems. At the same time, a contact person should be included on this page so that members can contact someone directly with ideas and inform those in charge of possible solutions. Here, the "open innovation (internally) approach" can be used within the Senate!
