Assistance in finding a qualified substitute

For businesses of all sizes, but especially for small or family companies, it is sometimes hard to keep up the pace when one member is missing, whether due to a sick leave or for vacation.

The idea is to help them fill in their gaps temporarily, by providing them with the option of a guaranteed assistance in finding replacements for occupations that are momentarily vacant. Such an initiative would be of interest namely to mothers, caretakers and students (e.g. to cover for pregnancy, maternity leave, family emergencies, exams or business trips).

This can be done through partnerships, for example with interim agencies, as they specialize in finding the right substitutes in record time, instead of the business having to waste time on its own recruitment process. And the interim guarantee can be part of a membership plan.
