The Senat should offer every year a startup idea contest especially for female entrepreneurs. The contest should be advertised at startup events, in universities, in startup newspapers, in social media etc. This in return will increase the visibilty of the Senat. I am a female computer scientist, who is interested in entrepreneurship and in innovation. I've noticed that contests especially with a focus on female entrepreneurs and innovators are rare. So such an offering would be amazing and much appreciated.

The prize for the contest can be for example a one year membership for free and a mentoring/training programm with female and male business experts. The jury members of the contest are some of the members of the Senat.

To also attract new young family business owners, the Senat can also do a contest or contest category for them. The best new young female family business owner will be awarded for a new idea in her family business. It can be for example for excellent digital tranformation of a family business or a new industry path etc.
