With the Senate Circle events, the Senat der Wirtschaft can introduce itself to young entrepreneurs.The Senate invites young entrepreneurs to a meal (or similar), which is connected with the presentation of a Senate member company (Senator). Ideally, the young entrepreneurs, as well as the company that introduces itself, come from the same industry. The Senate benefits from possible new members of the target group, while the young entrepreneurs can establish contacts and pitch ideas to potential investors in follow-up meetings.

Furthermore, this event series could be expanded to coaching events. Here I imagine that young entrepreneurs get the opportunity to participate in such an event for free.The event could be similar to a panel discussion, where a young entrepreneur describes a problem he/she is facing at the moment and discusses it together with an experienced senator and a group of other young entrepreneurs. Should the young entrepreneur wish to attend further coaching events, he/she must become a member.
