The Senat seems to be an organization that is too closed for a platform. While focusing on beeing exclusiv for its members, it denies the chance for new companes to enter, by giving hardly any real informations or possible benefits to small startups. Therefore, a company which seeks that specific help the Senat offers, will mostly ignore the Senat because its not visible for them. While the overal apearence of the Senat looks rather uninnovativ and old, it needs not just to adapt its offering but also adapt its image.

Starting things of, the Senat could work together with universities and their startup programs. This will enable them to be visible to new and young entrepreneurs and will show them what additional benefits the Senat can offer. This approach creates contact to potential new members with an razor and blade type business model, giving the basic benefits away for free or almost for free with some additional yummies, while generating most revenues and binding startups to the platform with the exclusiv benefits from the network and its possible investors. In addition to make the benefits of the Senat even more visible, they can embrace their stories and journies from that newly aquired start ups or other companies and use them as advertisment, where they started and where they are now with the help of the network of the Senat. This will also create a more connected community on the platform and creates a image that the Senat really cares about every single company on its platform. Moreover, they can use personalized benefits(from another idea in this contest) to further strengthen the individual bound to specific members, thus enhancing the sense of a careing family that helps his siblings grow even further then the older generation did.
