Cooperations with “influencers” and brands
Cooperating with “influencers” and brands with a strong online presence to enhance the outreach.
Text
To enhance the outreach for attracting Gen. Y / Z entrepreneurs, cooperating with “influencers” and brands with a strong online presence (e.g. large community) can be a useful strategy.
Idea, explanation and implementation:
In today’s world, online media plays a major role in everyday life of most young people, especially in that of Generation Y but also in that of millennials.
The Senat could put a focus on working together (cooperating) with social media influencers, brands and institutions which have a strong online presence with a large community / many followers. These people, brands etc. should be selected wisely based on them working in a similar field and being capable of producing content, advertisements etc. presenting the Senat in an authentic, reputable and tangible way for a “younger” audience. Influencers having an own company and the brands could provide daily insights for example via vlogging, short fun clips etc. which should be emotionally evocative and emphasise the benefits and value of joining the Senat der Wirtschaft.
The benefits, vision, mission and the provided value of the Senat should be the focal point of the videos.
Key for the adverts: Catchy but not cringe!
The Senat could pay a “small” fee to those people and firms + offer some non-monetary benefits to also help them grow and improve their business i.e., since the Senat provides value (consulting, practical know-how etc.) which many firms can definitely benefit from.
Overall, “Influencer marketing and collaboration” via high quality advertisement videos (in different formats) can be a very effective way to reach young entrepreneurs and move them to join the Senat der Wirtschaft. Young founders and also employees from these startups most likely spend a considerably long time on at least some of the major social media platforms in their daily life. Suitable platforms for this strategy could be for example Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok.
A visually engaging logo, which the Senat could create could also be a recommendable complement which can be utilised within the videos shared on social media platforms.
