Organise 2-3 day workshops, targeted at young entrepreneurs, where they can work together in groups on certain projects. Each group then gets an assigned mentor (someone who has been in the Senat for a long time & has well-established connections and know-how). Over those 2-3 days the young entrepreneurs can build up their network, socialise, work on exciting tasks and also get to know more about the Senat.

How to finance that?

• Each participant pays for example around 400€ for this package, which includes a 1-year membership to the Senat.

What are the incentives for the mentors to take part in that?

• Each mentor who participates in those workshops and is willing to support the newcomers with their network & knowledge also gets a 1-year free membership for the Senat and may also benefit from building up their own network.
