Senat - The New Talent Pool
The Senat provides a platform where talents and companies can find potential matches.

Especially startups, but also established companies seek for new talent. However, besides LinkedIn it is hard to get access to a dense base of talent and job opportunities. The Senat already possesses a rich offering of firms which are probably looking for new talents from a wide range of professions. That's where this new offering could build on:

The Senat could install a platform where internal and external applicants can announce that they are looking for a new job opportunity. On the other side firms (mainly members of the Senat) could post their vacancies. Beside being the platform owner, the Senat would also support the process of attracting new talents to the platform.

Established companies are quite thankful to learn and benefit from startups and their cultures. Therefore, the platform could also serve as an "exchange program" where employees of established firms are enabled to do a temporary exchange in a startup and vice-versa.
How will this attract more startups and young business owners? The Senat would have to actively support the process of scaling up the talent pool, especially promoting the platform at universities, fairs etc. If the pool of talents increases in attractiveness, more members will probably join the Senat in order to profit of a well curated, pre-selected and managed base of talents.
