Possibility of a "godchild"

Established company supports young company and takes over membership for one year

Text

What it is about As the Senat of the economy has established a great network, already joining members are able to be a “godparent” for startups and young entrepreneurs for one year. In that year, the young entrepreneurs do not have to pay a membership fee and can experience the value of the Senat. After one year they can decide if they want to join the membership themselves. The established company only pays for special events or projects which were attended by the “godchild”, depending on the benefits they receive from them. This allows the potential new members to apply the benefits of the Senate specifically to their business, and even small businesses have the chance to benefit from the network and the Senate's offer. The established companies can have a “godchild” every five years. If the “godchild” decides to join the Senat, the company that brought in the new member does not have to pay the membership fee in the following year. The new member is allowed to be a “godparent” after two years of membership.

Advantages The advantage of this model is, that established companies can bring in and support their co-partner. Moreover the membership is recommended to potential new members through partners who they trust and know. Also entry barriers for young entrepreneurs and startups are lowered and network effects can arise if there are a lot of new members generated.
