Freemium could help to enlarge the member base, which should be followed by flexible pricing plans with different subscription packages:
- Base
- Plus
- Gold
--> The subscription packages must be designed very carefully to include offerings that are attractive enough for each member group to justify the price increase. Therefore, each package should be a good fit for the needs of the individual segments. This can be realised by adapting the offering to the growth stages of the Senate member groups as suggested by Larry E. Greiner in his organizational growth stage model.
